Privacy policy
This covers what this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. It applies to digid.ca and the pages listed on it.

What we collect
Bookings are taken through Calendly, embedded on the book a call page. When you book, you give Calendly your name, your email address, a time, and anything you write in the notes. That information reaches us as a booking notification and a calendar entry.
If you arrive at the booking page from a pricing card, the package you clicked is passed along with the booking so we know what you were looking at. That's the only thing added automatically, and it's about a package, not about you.
If you email us instead, we have whatever you put in the email.
Why we collect it
To hold the call and to prepare for it. We don't sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside our own team. Booking a call does not put you on a mailing list.
Cookies and third parties
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Two third parties are involved in loading it, and both see something:
Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so Google receives your IP address and browser details on every page. That's a technical consequence of serving fonts, not something we use to identify you. Covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Calendly provides the booking calendar on the book-a-call page. Loading that page loads Calendly's widget, which sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and browser details whether or not you go on to book. If you do book, Calendly processes and stores your name, email and booking details as our service provider. Their handling is covered by the Calendly Privacy Notice.
Calendly's cookies are the only ones set on this site, and only on the booking page. If you'd rather avoid them entirely, email hello@digid.ca and we'll arrange a time by hand.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you'd rather we didn't, say so and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email hello@digid.ca and we'll action it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Client advertising accounts
This policy covers this website only. If you become a client, we work inside your own Google, Meta and TikTok advertising accounts. The data in those accounts belongs to you and is governed by your agreement with those platforms and by the separate terms we'll put in writing before any work starts.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we handle enquiries will be flagged on this page rather than made quietly.
