Your ad spend sets your price.

We run paid social, Google Ads and local SEO for small businesses across Canada. Management starts at $300 a month, and the fee is set by the budget you're putting to work.

$1,800 per month in ad spend
The problem

Getting a straight answer on price shouldn't be this hard.

Most agency websites hide the number behind "request a proposal", then quote against what they think you'll pay. You end up comparing three vague offers with no idea whether $1,200 a month is normal or a markup on someone else's guess.

Meanwhile the actual work — research, creative, campaign build, weekly management, a report you can read — is broadly the same everywhere. What legitimately varies is how much budget is under management, because that's what drives the hours.

So we published the brackets. Three services, nine packages, every price on the page.

Why it's priced this way

Bigger budgets need more hands on them.

A $500 budget needs one campaign watched weekly. A $15,000 budget needs several, split by audience and geography, checked far more often, with creative refreshed before it burns out.

So the management fee tracks the budget, and nothing else. It doesn't move because of the size of your company, the industry you're in, or how the call went. The brackets are on this website, which means you can work out your own price before you ever speak to us.

Management fees are separate from ad spend. You pay the platforms directly for the ads themselves, and you keep control of that account.

  1. Find your bracket

Take your current or planned monthly ad budget and read the price off the scale. No form required to see it.

  2. We research and build

Audience and keyword research, creative, copy, and the campaign structure. You approve before anything goes live.

  3. Campaigns run

Bids, budgets and creative managed continuously — not set once and left alone.

  4. You get the report

A monthly report in plain language: what ran, what it cost, what it brought in, what changes next month.

Which one first

Ads or SEO?

Nearly everyone asks this. The honest answer depends on how soon you need the phone to ring and how long you plan to be in business.

Start with ads if

You need work booked this month

  • You have capacity to fill now, not in six months
  • You can put at least $1,000 a month behind it
  • You're launching, opening a location, or entering a new area
  • Your work is seasonal and the season is close
  • You want to test whether a service sells before investing in content for it

Ads turn on fast and stop the day you stop paying.

Start with SEO if

You want to stop renting your traffic

  • You're established and not desperate for work next week
  • Your total marketing budget is under about $2,000 a month
  • Your competitors already outrank you for obvious searches
  • You serve several towns and only appear in one
  • Your Google Business Profile is half-finished or unclaimed

SEO takes months and keeps working after you stop paying.

Run both if

You can fund the slow one from the fast one

  • Ads are already returning more than they cost
  • You want to stop being exposed to rising click prices
  • You're competing with businesses that do both
  • You have more than one location or service area

Combining is just the sum of the two brackets — there's no bundle discount, and no bundle penalty.

If your ad budget is under roughly $500 a month, we'll tell you to skip paid entirely and put the money into SEO and your Google Business Profile. Thin budgets spread across platforms don't gather enough data to be optimised, and you end up paying for the learning without ever reaching the result.

Who we work with

Local businesses that sell something specific.

The common thread isn't the industry — it's that someone in your area is typing what you sell into Google, or would recognise it scrolling past. If a customer can't describe what you do in a search box, paid media is the wrong tool and we'll say so.

We work with businesses across Canada, and most of the work is local: a defined service area, a phone that needs to ring, and a real cost attached to every enquiry that doesn't turn into a job.

Typical sectors

  • Trades & contractors
  • Home services
  • Auto & detailing
  • Dental & medical clinics
  • Legal & accounting
  • Real estate
  • Fitness & wellness
  • Restaurants & hospitality
  • Retail with a storefront
  • Professional services
  • Landscaping
  • Cleaning services

Not on the list? The question isn't your sector, it's whether there's search demand and a service area. Ask us on the call and we'll check the actual search volumes before either of us guesses.

Questions

Before you book

Is the ad budget included in the management fee?

No. The management fee pays for our work — research, creative, copy, campaign setup, ongoing management and reporting. The ad budget is what you pay Google, Meta, TikTok or YouTube for the ads themselves, and it's billed by them, to you. A Core paid-social client spending $600 a month on ads pays $600 to the platforms and $300 to us.

What happens if my ad budget changes mid-month?

Nothing immediately. If your spend settles into a different bracket for a full month, we move you to that package at the start of the next billing cycle and tell you before we do it. Budgets that bounce around the edge of a bracket stay where they are.

Do I need a minimum ad budget to start?

There's no hard floor, but paid search needs enough budget to gather data before it can be optimized. Below roughly $500 a month in ad spend, SEO or organic social usually returns more than paid ads will.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We work inside your Google Ads, Meta and TikTok accounts, or set them up in your name if you don't have them yet. If we stop working together, the accounts, the data and the creative stay with you.

Is there a contract?

Management is month to month. We ask for a fair run at it — paid campaigns need a few weeks to gather enough data to be optimized properly, and SEO takes longer than that — but you're not locked in.

Can I combine services?

Yes, and most clients eventually do. Each service is priced on its own scale, so combining them is simply the sum of the two brackets. Tell us what you're running now and we'll put the numbers together on the call.

Are you cheaper because you cut corners?

We're cheaper than the published Canadian range because the price isn't negotiated. Agencies that quote per client price to what each one will bear, and the average lands higher than a fixed bracket does. The scope is on this website in full — what's in and what isn't — so you can check it against anyone else's proposal line by line.

Do you work with businesses outside Canada?

No. Everything here is built around Canadian search behaviour, Canadian directories and Canadian Google Business Profile rules, and prices are in Canadian dollars. Agencies that claim to serve everywhere usually serve nowhere in particular.

How do I know it's working?

Before anything launches we agree what counts as a conversion — a form, a call, a booking — and set up tracking for it. The monthly report leads with that number and what it cost, not with impressions. If we can't measure a real outcome, we'll tell you before you spend anything.

What size business is this for?

Small businesses with a defined service area and something specific to sell. The packages span $300 to $5,000 a month in fees, against ad budgets from a few hundred dollars to $20,000 and up — that covers a single-van trade through to a multi-location clinic. Above that, you probably want someone in-house.
